This document states the terms at which your link will be accepted for listing in Directory85.
By submitting a link you agree to abide by the following terms:
Link Policy
- We reserve the right to remove, promote, or otherwise alter any material detail contained within your submission.
- Position of your link is determined by Link Points, which are awarded for the following:
- Editorial Review;
- Backlinks you have placed;
- Payments Received.
- Links may be removed from (or not added to) Directory85 at our sole discretion.
Refunds
- Upgrade fees may be refunded at our discretion.
Objectionable Content
- If we deem a website to be objectionable, we shall not include it within our directory. This is at the discretion of the editor who reviews a website.
- Users who repeatedly submit objectionable websites will be banned from submitting to this directory.
- You should be able to deem whether or not anyone might have a reasonable objection to your own website: we will not list the reasons here.
Your Privacy
- We take Privacy concerns seriously. We may contact you with details relating to your listing, for example, if your website has been outranked by another, or if your site has not been included in the directory listings, please note the following:
- Many responses are automated;
- We will not pass on or use your details for any purpose other than in connection with your Directory85 submission;
- We will store your submitted contact details (e.g. your email address) for the purposes of administering our directory listings;
- You are free to request the removal of your listing (and our stored contact details) at any time using our contact form.
